I have an older copy of the Rasa Sayang mini book (2019) and the quality of the newer books are really not as good - pages are thinner and the back panel (where the electronic stuff is stored) is thinner white cardboard that can be compressed easily if pressed. The old printing was more sturdy and looked more convincingly like fake pages.
My kids love it. The sound effects just make it so much more engaging!
